Welcome! I’m so happy you found your way here. I’d love to share a little bit about my journey and what inspires me to do the work I love every day.
Hey! I’m Dr. Jessica
I earned my doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine, one of the six accredited programs in the U.S., along with a certificate in naturopathic obstetrics and midwifery.
During my time there, I had the privilege of completing a three-year internship in a naturopathic primary care practice, where I focused on women’s health, pediatrics, and midwifery.
I’m currently licensed to practice the full scope of naturopathic primary care in Vermont and am excited to obtain licensure in Ohio as soon as it becomes available.
Before pursuing naturopathic medicine, I earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a certificate in therapeutic massage and bodywork. My background in chemistry and research, paired with a deep passion for natural medicine, allows me to integrate evidence-based care with the healing traditions of many cultures, creating a balanced and holistic approach to health.
Lifelong learning is something I value deeply, and I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education in women’s health, fertility, gastroenterology, complex illnesses, autoimmunity, endocrinology, pediatrics, and midwifery. It’s an honor to stay informed and passionate about care so I can provide the best possible support for my patients.
A Doctor and a Mama
As a working mom to two sweet babies, life is a beautiful (and sometimes chaotic) balancing act. Every day brings new challenges, lessons, and moments of pure joy.
Being a mom has not only deepened my compassion but also strengthened my belief in the importance of nurturing both body and mind. It’s taught me the value of self-care, patience, and flexibility—and I carry these lessons into my work with patients, especially other moms navigating their own journeys.
