Initial Consultations:
Wellness Consultation (60-90 minutes): $325.00

Pediatric Wellness Consultation (45-60 minutes) <12 years old: $250.00

Fertility Wellness Consultation for One (60-90 minutes): $350.00

Fertility Wellness Consultation for Two (includes both partners, 90 minutes): $475.00

Follow Up Consultations:

Brief: $130.00 (up to 30 minutes)
Recommended for less complex concerns, review more comprehensive labs, to check-in and review how things have been going and to change/adjust wellness plan as needed. 

May include: lab review, review of concerns, checking in on progress, revised wellness plan.

Comprehensive: $200.00 (up to 60 minutes)
Recommended for the first follow up consultation, review more comprehensive labs, for more complex cases, and for clients who have not been seen in over a year.
May include: lab review, review of concerns, checking in on progress, revised wellness plan, for more complex cases and/or new concerns.

If additional time is needed beyond what was scheduled, an additional fee will be charged at $50 per 15 minutes extra that accrues after an hour.

The minimum investment to work together is between $325-$475 for the initial consultation (depending on the type), typically $200 for the first follow up consultations, and $130-$200+ for subsequent follow up consultations beyond that. The frequency and duration of our work together is dependent on individual needs but tends to take place every 4-6 weeks for the first few follow up appointments. Additionally, conventional blood work and/or specialty lab testing is often recommended. Conventional bloodwork can range from $50-$200 for panels and specialty labs can range from $100-$500+ per test. Dr. Jessica does not provide superbills or bill insurance and payment is due at the time of service.

We understand that labs can cost a lot of money out of pocket. If there are financial constraints, Dr. Jessica is happy to prioritize the most important test(s) and then make plans in the following months to run other testing.

Payment is due at the time of service. Your credit card will be held on file to secure your appointment but will not be charged until after your appointment unless you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours of notice at which point there will be a fee of $100 for new clients and 50% of the cost of the appointment for return clients. The full price of the appointment will be charged for missed appointments with no notice.
