Initial Consultation includes:

  • Reviewing your detailed history

  • Functional and conventional lab recommendations

  • Review of any previous labs using optimal ranges

  • Co-management of conditions with your healthcare team if indicated

  • 10% off recommended professional grade supplements through Fullscript

  • Portal messaging with a 48-hour response time between appointments

  • Personalized Wellness Plan:

    • Personalized Wellness Plans are completed after your consultations with Dr. Jessica and will be uploaded to your Charm portal around 24-36 hours after your consultation. You must be registered with the Charm portal in order to access your Personalized Wellness Plan. Sometimes she has a particularly busy day and we ask that you be patient with her when waiting for your plan. The Personalized Wellness Plan will include nutritional recommendations, lifestyle, supplements, and any lab recommendations and how to complete the labs. If you are seen over the weekend, you will receive your plan on Monday. These plans are 100% customized to you, and significant time and thought is used when creating them. You will receive a Personalized Wellness Plan after each consultation.


Follow Up Consultations
After the Initial Consultation, Follow Up Consultations are important in order to review previously ordered labs, discuss how symptoms are changing and alter wellness plans accordingly. The frequency and duration of our work together is dependent on individual needs and tend to take place every 4-6 weeks for the first few follow up consultations. They may gradually decrease from every 2-4 months to 4-6 months to once per year to make sure that we are continuing to support your health goals over time. Achieving wellness can take time and follow ups ensure that you are being supported at every step of the way.
